slow check-in sluggish elevators

the check-in process was rather slow. there seemed to be a shortage of staff at the front desk. waiting time for a simple request felt longer than expected. the elevators also felt sluggish.

excellent location polite staff good breakfast hidden socks slippery tiles shower room

the location was excellent. it was a short walk to the metro and reef mall. the staff were courteous, especially the concierge. the breakfast had a good spread.

i found a piece of socks hidden behind a throw pillow on the chair. i assume it was from a previous guest. this. the tiles in the shower room were slippery. i think they need to put a non slip mat in there.

friendly staff convenient location amazing room mosquito problem strong air freshener hair on bed

the staff showed friendliness, which i appreciated. the location is quite convenient with the metro station close by. the room i had was amazing and well-located.

the lobby had lots of mosquitoes, something i noticed immediately. the air freshener used was VERY strong and overpowering. i found a hair on the bed upon arrival, not ideal.
